Why search and AI visibility
More and more, googling something is being replaced by asking a large language model. Those models answer from sources. Sometimes the sources are visible, often they are not. Either way, the sources get the credit. For organisations that produce knowledge and content, this is an existential problem. Publishing more does not fix it. We audit what models and search engines say about your organisation, which sources get quoted instead of you, and where the gap is. The result is a list of findings you can act on.
Structural work
Making your material legible to machines: entity and schema work, source formatting, citation-friendly structure, technical search foundations, and the site changes that follow. This is web work, which is what we do anyway.
Measurement
A simple recurring view of where you appear, where you do not, and what moved. Without this, the whole exercise is a matter of opinion.
