Back to PortfolioToqio is a low-code platform offering solutions for large companies’ financial departments. They needed a website redesign to better communicate their value proposition, as visitors often struggled to understand what Toqio actually does. They also wanted a more professional look that aligned with their brand image.
We tackled these challenges by:
As a result the engagement on the website increased by a whopping 331% making Toqio’s website not only look better, but work better for the business.
Let’s dive into the key improvements.
We worked closely with Toqio to define and clearly communicate their offerings. Previously, their value proposition was aspirational, but first-time visitors found it difficult to grasp what Toqio actually provided. This was particularly challenging since Toqio operates as a B2B2B platform, meaning their messaging needed to make sense both for their direct clients and their clients’ end users.
To solve this, we rewrote key pages with more descriptive language and introduced keywords that immediately resonate, like “low-code platform.” We also highlighted concrete business cases to illustrate how Toqio’s solutions could be implemented and the benefits they bring.
Pro Tip: For companies that aren’t well-established yet, messaging should be descriptive rather than overly aspirational. Slogans like “Just do it” don’t work if people don’t understand what you do in the first place.
Toqio operates in the B2B space with a long sales cycle. For companies like these, a website should be optimized for starting conversations and capturing leads—rather than just pushing for immediate conversions.
We introduced softer CTAs, like “Download the eBook,” to engage visitors who weren’t ready to commit yet. The design also placed more emphasis on these CTAs and banners for soft conversion, making it easier to capture interest without demanding an immediate sale.
We revamped the website design while staying true to Toqio’s original color palette of cyan and purple. These colors were previously used inconsistently, so we refined the UX to ensure better contrast and used accents strategically to guide visitor attention.
Toqio wanted their website built in HubSpot to integrate seamlessly with their marketing and sales suite. We developed the site using HubSpot’s native modules, ensuring flexibility for future updates and an optimized user experience.
All pages were developed with SEO best practices in mind, including optimized headers, navigation, and images to improve search performance.
The impact of the relaunch was both qualitative and quantitative:
The new Toqio website doesn’t just look better—it works better. By making their proposition clearer, improving engagement, and optimizing for conversions, we helped Toqio create a platform that truly supports their growth.
