Creation within 12 weeks of the concept for a museum app with 3 features that solve visitors’ need of better personalization.
Problem
An initial research revealed that 78% of museum visitors need personalized information and unique content to enjoy a museum visit. Around 2/3 spend multiple hours to prepare upfront to meet this need.
Solution
The app “Your Story” provides museum visitors with a description of the pieces they see that is tailored on their unique interests. This way every visitor would receive a personalized experience of what they see and make sure they can enjoy their experience to the max.
